As API’s become standard in every reputable product in the market, we wanted to dedicate a webinar that looked deep into what Adobe has to offer in this space. We invited our own Adobe experts, Jerry and JP, and Adobe’s Senior Evangelist, Jeff Chasin to unpack the topic of Adobe I/O and Project Firefly. This was a special one indeed because it blended the business use cases with a hands-on demo and the outcome was a lot of ideas!

Project Firefly is Adobe’s take on extending its tools and platform. It is part of the platform and, supports all applications and services that live on top of the platform
Adobe.io is where you should start if you are interested in getting to work with Adobe I/O or Project Firefly
There is a command-line interface as well as a visual editor for the developers (This is AWESOME)
Typically, the main users for Adobe I/O are either system integrator developers or enterprise developers
Adobe offers Spectrum CSS and React Spectrum open source packages to help with developing the front end of the application
Spectrum is the design system for Adobe Tools and Interface (CSS and React). Available at spectrum.adobe.com
Realtime dashboards can be an easy application for Adobe I/O
Project Firefly is still in developer preview but anyone with an Adobe org id can join. Join here.
Adobe Engineering is very much involved in the developer preview phase
There is a GitHub that has a list of all the commands needed for built-in functionality
