Exploring Project Firefly Application: Datafacts in Adobe Partner Showcase
In July, our Sr. Director of Software Development and Testing – Sundar Sritharan was interviewed by Adobe’s Ron Nagy on Adobe’s Web Partner Showcase Series: Exploring Project Firefly. The web series airs every other Thursday on the Adobe Developer’s YouTube page. The episodes vary from showing the different features, use cases, or Adobe customer experience with Project Firefly.
Our teams at Softcrylic have been playing around with Project Firefly from the early days of release in 2020 (see our webinar with Adobe Sr. Evangelist, Jeff Chasin, from August 2020, here). After the initial few months of trial and error with Project Firefly, Sundar and team have been working on developing Datafacts for the past 6 months, leading Ron to bring Sundar on the show to demo our new application built on Project Firefly –Datafacts.
What is Softcrylic’s Datafacts?
Datafacts is built with Project Firefly to help identify data quality issues regarding customer information. The application identifies these inconsistencies within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Anyone with AEP can utilize the app to validate terabytes of data that you use for your marketing or sales. The app can detect data quality issues, inconsistent data, incomplete data and duplicates in your customer data from its machine learning models. Datafacts will lead you to the root cause of your data quality issues and record column level details.
You can find the episode of Exploring Project Firefly Partner Showcase featuring Sundar’s Datafacts demo here. Softcrylic will also be presenting the application again at the Adobe Developer’s Conference on October 4th. If you are worried about managing the quality of your customer data inside AEP, this will be a presentation you quite literally can’t afford to miss.
