John Flavin

John co-founded Softcrylic in 2000 after working in the technology sector in New York for several years. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from a team of 5 to 165 in 17 years and works with both Fortune 500 organizations as well as start-ups. John holds a degree from Saint John’s University in Minnesota and a MBA in Economics from University of Antwerp in Belgium. John lives and works from the Softcrylic office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
