STEP 1
Workshop
To ensure alignment on the RFP needs and goals, we recommend conducting a workshop with the business and technology parties.
STEP 2
RFP Refinement
A potential outcome of the workshop is refining the RFP documents to provide the right level of detail for the participants. The Softcrylic Team is committed to make the appropriate changes and prepare the RFP for release.
STEP 3
Vendor Recommendations
Softcrylic will gather industry and analysts inputs such as Gartner and Forrester, in addition to our product expertise and present to our Client’s potential vendors that are good match for this RFP.
STEP 4
Vendor Score Sheet
Softcrylic will work with Client to produce a Vendor Score Sheet incorporating all the RFP requirements (business, technology, people, price). This will streamline the side by side comparison and selection process.
STEP 5
Proof of Concept
Proof of Concept will be based on one of the use cases developed in the RFP. Doing so, the Client will have an apples to apples comparison across the vendors. The Softcrylic team will participate in the POC and provide their input in the vendor scoring sheet.
STEP 6
Scoring
Based on RFP responses, Demos, and POC Softcrylic will provide the scoring for each of the vendors highlighting the pros/cons and accounting for everything from technology, pricing, implementation, usability, and others as agreed upon and defined in the scoring sheet.
STEP 7
Vendor Selection
After the Vendor Scoring, Softcrylic will be there to support in the negotiations and final selection of the vendor and system integrators.
